General information, not medical advice
This page gives general information about care options for back, neck and joint pain. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The options shown are not appropriate for every patient and need a clinical evaluation. If this may be a medical emergency, call 911.
The free consultation
The consultation is a conversation with John Beelitz, M.D. about your goals, the records you bring and your options. It is not an exam, so it does not include a diagnosis, new imaging or tests, a treatment plan, a prescription or a procedure. We do not bill anyone for it and we do not ask for payment information. Any exam, imaging or procedure is a separate choice, and you get the cost in writing before anything is scheduled.
NoticeTHE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.
No guarantees
No outcome is guaranteed. Results vary from person to person, and some people get no benefit from a given option. Information about regulatory status, including what the FDA has and has not approved, can change; ask at your consultation for the current status of any option.
Calls and text messages
If you check the first box on the request form, Total Care Medical Specialists, LLC may call and text the mobile number you entered about your request and scheduling, including appointment reminders and office follow-up. If you also check the second box, we may send marketing calls and texts about our services, updates and educational information. Calls and texts may be sent with an automated system.
- You must be 18 or older to participate and provide a number you are authorized to use.
- Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments and selected messaging preferences.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel text messages. We may send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request; after that, no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the website form and select the appropriate optional consent box again. You can also withdraw consent by phone at (561) 203-8991, or in person. We honor any reasonable request.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
