INTERVENTIONAL PAIN MEDICINE
Life is bigger
than your pain.
Get clarity on what comes next. Explore your options for back, neck and joint pain with a physician who starts with you.
Your goals. Your options. Your decision.
Care begins with a conversation.
LET’S TALK ABOUT
What’s holding you back.
- Back & neck pain
- Joint pain
- Nerve pain
- Persistent pain
01 / A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT
You’re a person.
Not a pain score.
The walk you’ve been missing. A good night’s sleep. Getting through your day with fewer interruptions.
What matters to you belongs in the conversation. Dr. Beelitz starts with your story and the likely source of your pain, then helps you understand the options that may fit.
Not everyone needs a procedure. Your next step should reflect your health, your goals, and the balance of potential benefits and risks.

The right care starts
with the right questions.
From understanding the source of pain to considering a targeted procedure, the plan starts with an evaluation.
01UNDERSTAND THE SOURCEPain evaluation & planning
A review of your symptoms, medical history, prior care and relevant records helps guide a conversation about your options.
- Back and neck concerns
- Joint and nerve pain
- Conservative and procedural options
02CONSIDER A TARGETED APPROACHInjections & diagnostic blocks
For selected patients, targeted injections or diagnostic blocks may be considered as part of a broader care plan. Suitability depends on an evaluation.
- Epidural and nerve-root injections
- Joint and bursa injections
- Facet and medial branch blocks
03DISCUSS FURTHER OPTIONSAdvanced interventional care
When the diagnosis, previous care and testing support it, Dr. Beelitz can discuss additional procedural options, their risks and their alternatives.
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Sacroiliac joint procedures
- Spinal cord stimulation evaluation
Every treatment requires an individual evaluation. Listed options are not appropriate for everyone. Results vary.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. You can start by explaining your concerns. An evaluation helps determine which options may be appropriate, including whether a procedure should be considered at all.
Will my insurance cover my care?
Coverage depends on your plan, the service and any authorization requirements. Contact the office to confirm participation, referral requirements and potential costs before scheduling care.
What should I bring to an appointment?
Bring your photo ID, insurance card, medication list and relevant imaging or medical records. The office can confirm which documents are needed for your visit.
Does requesting a consultation book an appointment?
No. This form sends a request to the office. Your appointment is confirmed separately after the office contacts you.
